That is fine, but I can not customize as it instruction in the ling you provided. Those options are hidden or not selectable. Is this only for Pro version? Also how can I know which version of your plying is being used, because I do not know whether I already purchased your plug in or not.

If you can access Views and Pro fields then you have the Pro version.

The fields may not be clickable in the free version but you can still enter them manually in the “To” field in your email notification.
