• My client utilizes this plugin to get inquiries and send a copy of them to both the client and himself. Lately his clients haven’t been receiving their copy of the PDF. I double checked the settings in the backend and made sure it was set to “both” and tested it and he receives it but my email didn’t receive it. Is there a way to fix this?

  • I have the same issue. Check if they have the pdf in the uploads/2017/08/ or 2017/09 folder. Whenever someone uploads a pdf using this plugin its in there with 0 bytes. Not sure whats wrong with the plugin.

    Have you configure the “Mail (2)” option?

    “Mail (2)” option is for the client.

    Where is the Mail (2) option? Is that through Contact Form 7 or the PDF plugin?
