“sender phone invalid value” Para alguns clientes

Olá pessoal, tudo certo?
Venho notado que alguns pedidos em minha loja est?o ficando como “Pagamento pendente” e o cliente n?o consegue finalizar a compra.. Em 90% dos casos o erro é o seguinte:

Ou esse é o telefone que aparece no checkout transparente? (onde a máscara está ok).
Outro problema que as vezes aparece é esse: (HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error)
