Sendgrid old version & log errors/unsent emails?

Hello!
I was having a plugin conflict these days and I noticed that emails were not sent.
I’m using Sendgrind by the way.When I tried the “send a test email” option, I was just getting a “AJAX error”.
So, I was told that it was because of the Sendgrind version that Post SMTP uses (v. 3.2.0), which seems to be very old as the other plugin is using v. 6.0.0.
So, I’d like to ask you if you can please update the Sendgrid version and if you could add an option to alert the admin of errors like this so he can be notified on time when and which of the emails are not being sent.

By the way, 2 more things:
One small color/interface bug/conflict, with the Pods plugin, but I think it’s their part to fix this, look at my thread here:

And last, when I click the “Show All Settings” in Post SMTP, in the browser’s tab, it says “Delipress”:
