    Good morning,
    sorry for my google english
    I activated the Sendinblue integration and entered the keys. in the contact form I selected the contact list and sent a welcome email with the Sendinblue template.
    The contact is correctly added to the Sendinblue list but the welcome email is not sent. Do you have any advice

    How do you test the welcome email? Do you each time set a unique email on the “Inserisci la tua Email” field?

    hello,
    I have tried with new mails and it doesn’t work. have you tested with your mail? Did you get the welcome email from sendingblue?

    Try adding the following field to the form template:

    <label> Your name
        [text* your-name] </label>

    I think I have the same issue – “Mail (2)” autoresponder emails are not sent when the Sendinblue plugin is installed.

    The contact form itself is sent (via Sendinblue) but not the “Mail (2)” autoresponder.

    Edit: Format [enquirer-email] in the “To” field works, but format [enquirer-name] <[enquirer-email]> does not.
