    Dear Team,

    I’m using the Sendinblue integration for a wocommerce website.

    All types of woocommerce related emails are working, but password reset, admin notification emails of wordfence are not working.

    If I click retry from log, the mail sends!

    Please find the Technical Information below:

    {
      "code": 401,
      "message": "Key not found",
      "errors": [
        "Key not found"
      ]
    }

    Note: The key is stored in the config file.

    Hello @hiakhil,

    It seems like you are facing any issue with the API key, I would recommend you to follow the documentation and regenerate the API key.

    Thank you

    Thanks for the useless response after 2 days.

    1. It’s not rocket since or needs to configure 100 settings to generate an API key from Sendinblue. Go to SMTP & API > Generate API. Not even single settings to configure for API (Domains and Emails are verified).
    2. After getting the SMTP, all I need is to paste to your plugin.
    3. If my setup is wrong, no email should relay from the site, all woocommerce emails are sending fine. (I’m sure you didn’t even spent your time to check the screenshot I have provided).
    4. Last but not least, I have deactivated your plugin, installed WP SMTP by WPForms, pasted the API key, and done! Worked seamlessly!

    Note: Don’t mark a topic as resolved by claiming that the issue is from the client side.

    Important: I don’t have to inform you all these if I got an immediate solution from other plugin, but thought, it would be helpful for the community. So, please don’t discourage us by providing useless responses.

    Hello there,

    The error message appears from the email-sending service you are using hence I recommended you to configure the API keys again. We have many users using Fluent SMTP with SendInBlue and there aren’t any issues using our plugin while using SendInBlue with Fluent SMTP. The error is not coming from Fluent SMTP, it is coming from SendInBlue. There might be some other issues as well, usually a plugin conflict. Can you please try deactivating other plugins to see if there is a plugin that is blocking the API keys from Fluent SMTP? We often found that plugins can conflict with Fluent SMTP and this causes the failure with Email sending in WordPress.

    Regarding the screenshot, I have checked that and recommended reconfiguring the API key as part of the initial troubleshooting.

    Thank you

    Since it is an ecom site that generates orders every couple of minutes, I cannot test on live. Since you are saying it may be a plugin conflict, I agree with that. I’m sure you will fix it if someone else also gets into the same issue.

    By the way, thanks for contributing this plugin for the community!

    Thanks for the support.

    Akhil.

    Hello @hiakhil,

    Thank you for the valuable feedback. I agree that it is not possible to test on a live website that generates orders.

    Currently, I am marking the issue as resolved. However, if you find similar issues in the future, feel free to reach us here. We will then take a deeper look and identify the issue. Also, we will continue the testing and if we find any issues we will surely fix them and update the plugin.

    Thank you
