Sendinblue Service + Support

  • I really like Sendinblue, easy to use, everything is clear and organized.
    For support, they are very professional and nice, reply within less than 4 hours (in my opinion/case), would really recommend them!
    10 stars but they only allow 5 stars lol

  • Hello,

    Since this morning May 31, 2020, by logging in as administrator to our WordPress 5.4 WordPress site, we have a connection bug that prevents us from accessing the dashboard by displaying the following message: “Curl error: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired\n”.

    After disabling all plugins, we were able to isolate the problem. It comes from the plugin “Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Sendinblue”.

    the sendinblue plugin disabled, the problem is gone.

    the installed version is : Version 2.9.16.

    Please help us fix ASAP this blocking and critical issue.
