    Hi,

    I understand that you are using of the commercial versions of the plugin since the referred feature (reminders) are available only on those versions. If that is the case please open a ticket at https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support and indicate exactly which is the version number of the plugin running in your website.

    I have found that there is a bug inside the plugin which I have corrected myself.
