• Hello freinds,

I built a membership form on my website with your Forminator plugin and configured two automatic notifications, one to inform the admin that there is a new membership request that
has just been received and must be processed, and another which informs the user that their membership request is being processed.

For the moment if the admin, after receiving notification of receipt of the new membership request, validates this submission, the WordPress notification system sends the email below
to the user informing them of the activation of their account:
    [ Dear User,
Your [Website Name] account has been successfully activated. Please find your credentials below.
    Login page: https://domain.com/?redirect_to=https://domain.com/account/
    Identifier: [User lastname]
Password: Use the password that you submitted when registering your account, or set a new password at the link below.
    https://domain.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=LsPj3I5INgpZniT6XyrK&login=User
This message is sent by https://domain.com]

But what I want, in addition to the native WordPress notification sent, is to create a third notification specific to Forminator in its “Email Notifications” module, which should be
sent only after validation of the request submission membership by the admin in the backend, that is to say after the admin clicks on the “Approve user” button located at the very
bottom of the submission in question.

The problem is that in the configuration of this notification and more precisely in the Conditions tab, I do not know how to add a rule which conditions the sending of this
notification by the validation of the submission.

Hoping you understood my request, please help me find a solution to this problem.

    Sincerely,

    I. SEKKAI

    Hi @samo73

I hope you are doing well today.

Such conditional behavior is not possible in Forminator and I’m afraid this will be outside the scope of support we can provide as such a thing will require custom coding. For that, you’ll need to hire a developer to provide the required custom code for you. WordPress provides a jobs directory here https://jobs.wordpress.net/, if you need further advice about it, feel free to email [email protected].

    Hi,

Thank you for your feedback, but I don’t know if I was understood correctly!

Just as a reminder, I don’t necessarily want to customize the notification conditions, I just want to add a notification in the “Email notifications” module which is sent only after the user’s approval by the admin.

Don’t you have a workaround that allows you to do this based on configuration without going through development?

or failing that, could you suggest a hook or snippet code to do that? I’m asking you this because I’m sure you’ve been asked this question before.

    Thank you for your help
