Sending additional fields to Mailchimp

Hi

I’ve referred to https://kb.mc4wp.com/send-additional-cf7-fields-mailchimp/ in order to send to custom fields through a Contact Form 7 form, I’m not getting anything on Mailchimp’s end.

I’m using WP4MC Version 4.4, on WordPress Version 5.1, PHP version 7.0.33

Here’s the form’s fields:

<label> First Name (required)
[text* firstname] </label>

<label> Last Name
[text* lastname] </label>

<label> Comments (For Internal Use Only)
[textarea mc4wp-message 40×3] </label>

<label> Type [select* mc4wp-Type “Drift” “Email” “Phone” “Timely” “Other”] </label>

[submit “ENQUIRE NOW”]

The fields for email, first name and last name are populated correctly, but none of the others are.

I found this support post and have Renewed the Mailchimp lists but that did not work.
