sending customer a payment link

    hi when sending a customer a woocommerce payment link customer enters their credit card details and clicks to pay. the website reverts back to the checkout page, not the completed payment page. payment is not taken nor is the order moved out of pending payment.

    this only seems to happen when entering an order on the back end and sending customer a payment link through woocomerce

    all fields in the customer billing and shipping area are filled out including email and phone number

    please deactivate all other plugins for testing and try it again. It seems there is a conflict with another issue.

    Please make a backup before starting deactivating plugins.
