Hello. I’m running version 1.4.1 in a development environment and using an Authorize.net Sandbox account. I noticed that your plugin doesn’t seem to pass along the Invoice Number, Customer Billing Information, Shipping Information, the Itemized Order Information, or the Additional Details – Level 2 Data to Authorize.net. Are you planning to add this ability to the plugin? Thank you.

We do plan on adding those features. However, Level 2 Data is still being considered.

Great. We do hope that you add Level 2 Data since it shows the breakdown of tax and shipping charges in Authorize.net which is important to us. Thank you.

Hey, we’re working on those features you mentioned. When you say “Invoice Number”, are you referring to the order number?

Yes, I’m referring to the order number. Our current WooCommerce Authorize.net CIM gateway passes this on to Authorize.net and the data appears in the Order Information section:

Got it. We’re releasing an update soon which will have some of that information.

Hey, how is this issue going on?

We also need to use your plugin but it is important sending details to Authorize.net

    Thanks.

As of now, you can send item details, billing details, and shipping details. There may be level 2 data in the future.

    Hello @bfl,

This is working great, I tried the last version of the plugin and there are many new features working fine.

It also should be great if a payment is being processed in several parts, that order emails should be sent with an additional string in the subject that says: Part 2, Part 3, etc.

Also when you are processing the payment in several parts, there should be a value that shows within an ajax method, how much is the amount processed and how much if left for complete the order. By doing that you improve the user experience.

    Let me know your thoughts.

Hey @midihead and @gerardo2303. We just released a new version. You can now send level 2 data to Authorize.Net.

Hey @gerardo2303. Sending emails might be a little outside the domain of this plugin, however we’ll consider it. We’ll also consider implementing your second suggestion.

    Hello @bfl,

I am sorry for the confusion, I am using another plugin for sending emails, each time an order is “completed” I receive an email with the order number in the subject. What I meant in my last comment is that each time an amount of the order is processed the order number should be increased. So it would be great if you can have that option from the plugin dashboard.

About the level 2 data, which kind of data or fields are you referring to?

    Thanks.

@gerardo2303 We’ll consider it. Level 2 data was the feature originally being discussed in this topic. This topic is being closed, if you have any more questions or suggestions, please open a new topic.
