Sending does not work

    Hi

    Sending does not work.
    I have a plan with 2000 people.
    I came over 2000, so I deleted 103 So I came back to 1997 subscribers.
    But now no more sending?
    please fix this

    Hi Karl,

    Please note that once you go over your subscriber’s limit, it may take a while to update the numbers if you decide to delete subscribers instead of upgrading to a higher plan.

    Can you please let me know what is the website associated with your sending plan so I can take a look at your account?

    thanks for your reply.
    It worked now. Thank you very much.

    I am thinking to upgrade, but for me it is very expensive, because I have more than 2000 subscribers, but I write only maybe once a month a newsletter. For this maybe 10 newsletters to pay 400€ yearly seems to be a lot.

    For me it would be better to pay per newsletter. to whom can i make this suggestion?
