Sending e-mail

Hi all,

I’m working with three sites, one host. The three has WordPress set up with the Better Notification plugin. We recently asked the host for a port waiver to open up a port for the e-mails to be sent. They confirmed that the port was opened and function for the three sites. However, the notification e-mail seems to only work for one of the sites.

Upon review from the host, they said it was a Word Press configuration issue; that we would need to check the database for the option values because it looks like the server is trying to send e-mail from root@localhost. They found this in the email error logs, which I do not have access to.

What am I missing here? TL;DR, one server, three WordPress sites (each with a BetterNotification plugin), email notification send ok from one but not the other two.
