    Hello, it seems my FluentCRM is sending campaign emails to contacts marked as “bounced”. Shouldn’t they be blacklisted?

    If the contact status in FluentCRM is changed to “Bounced” then no emails will be sent to that contact. Can you please share a screenshot of the bounced contact and email campaign that was sent to that contact so we can better understand the issue that you have faced?
