Sending email to different people based on dropdown

Hi,
My website is created by previous developer and it has the following code:
[select recipient "General/Sales Enquiry|[email protected]" "Servicing and Maintenance|[email protected]" "Corporate Fleet|[email protected]"]Basically I want the message to send to different department based on the selection the visitor selects. But now I don’t know what to put under the TO (Mail section). Can someone advise? I tried putting the shortcode [recipient] but it says Invalid mailbox syntax is used…

And it says that I should use [your-recipient] in the mail template but I used it and it still showing the same error…
