Sending email to Office365

My email and domain (let’s say acme.com) is hosted with Office365. Office365 registers our public website (www.acme.com) with Bluehost by pointing to the Bluehost IP address. I want to use Contact Form 7 to send email to [email protected] when someone contacts us but it doesn’t work. It looks like Contact Form 7 attempts to send email to Bluehost but it can’t find [email protected] there. How can we configure Contact Form 7 to simply send outbound email via the Bluehost SMTP server to [email protected]?
