Sending Email to Yahoo Business Accounts

  • Hi yall,

    Got a client with Yahoo business mail accounts.
    Set up some contact forms using gravity forms and they couldn’t receive any email from the website.

    So, set up SMTP with WP Mail SMTP hoping to resolve the issue – and I am getting an error message: 550 no such user when I try to send a test email to their accounts. And, yes their email accounts do actually exist.

    I tested sends to other email accounts ( gmail and my business email )- seems to be sending fine through the SMTP set up.

    At a loss here. Thoughts?
