    Hello and thank you for creating this plugin. By default the plugin sends an email with the tracking link for status “Completed”. I saw that there is an option to rename the status Completed for Shipped but I have already implemented my custom workflow with additional statuses. Those statuses are linked with my fulfillment provider so they are not flexible.

    I would like the email with tracking widget to be sent for my custom status “Sent”. For example:

    1. Pending Payment
    2. Processing
    3. Sent (custom status) -> send email with a tracking widget
    4. Completed

    Is it possible to configure the plugin like this? I would really appreciate your support.

    Hi @bhaladus,

    You can add the tracking widget into your custom status email. Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings and open the Customer View panel and select the custom status in Order Emails Display settings.

    Is there a specific shortcode to display the tracking widget that I can add to the email content?

    No, there is not any shortcode to display the tracking widget in the email content.
