Sending Erratic emails

  • There is a conflict between Gamipress and Tutor LMS. With Gamipress and the Gamipress-Tutor integration enabled, the system immediately starts to send emails to a student ‘you just completed’. Without dynamic content, just emails.

    Those type of emails are commonly sent to users that have earned something

    Did you used any of the GamiPress tools?
    There are tools to bulk award to all users and to recournt old activities and they could generate those type of bulk sends

    Also, could you attach some screenshots of the emails that has been sent to your users?
    (If on those screenshots there are personal data as your user email, hide it or send the screenshots directly to our email [email protected])
