Sending Errors (all addresses causing errors)

  • Hi there,
    I have a current version of K-News and the last 2 months we were sending out monthly newsletters and all went well.
    We have 2400 addresses in our mailing list and this month when we tried sending the January newsletter, the result was 2400 errors. This is the first time this happened and I don’t know where to look for the error log.
    This stayed the same after I updated to the newest version of K-News yesterday.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Hello. I assume you are sending through SMTP. First of all, go to Knews>Config “advanced settings” tab, and test the SMTP params introducing your e-mail and click the test button: What happens?

    Hi Carles,
    I’m not using the SMTP option, just the built-in option. And it used to work fine…
    When I send the newsletter manually to one address, it works too.

    I will try using SMTP, see if that works, thank you! I just entered the relevant info and the test mail came through fine.
