    Hello!

    This plugin ALMOST works properly.

I’ve successfully tied the WPForms Fields to the PDF Fields, and the PDF is then successfully attached in the notification email that gets sent upon submission. Great!

My issue is that when I open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat PRO DC, the fields show as blank with fillable fields. Once the fields are clicked on, the data in the field shows, and when clicked off of, the data disappears again.

I’ve found a workaround to make the data show (by selecting every field and setting the fill color to white, (the only solution I’ve seen on Google since 2004 apparently)). However, I do not want to make the receiver of these submissions do this every time a submission is sent.

I’ve read that the error is how the information is entered to the PDF, which people have noted as most likely being “Apple Preview, MS Reader or one of the browser plugins” – in our case, it would be this PDF Importer for WPForms.

Has there been any progress towards a solution for this?

    Please help.

    Thank You,

    Hello again!

I attempted another submission but with a new PDF Reader (Nitro), and unfortunately, the same thing happens. Is there ANY PDF Reader that this plugin is compatible with?

    Are there any solutions available?

    Thanks,

    Hello!

Looks like it has the same issue as the other pdf reader. With browsers it should work fine (like the chrome or edge pdf readers). There is currently no solution for this but adding compatibility with adobe is top priority (currently on development) and should be implemented in the next release.

    Regards!

    THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!

After building and testing a rather lengthy form import to pdf, every field was transferred over successfully and is now visible in the attached PDF that gets sent with the confirmation email.

I give the overall functionality of this plugin as well as the support 5 STARS!!

Quick response time to my support requests and all issues resolved.

    Thank you EDGARROJAS!

    Hello again!

I actually have one more question.

Is there a Full/Pro version of this Plugin that allows the creation of more than 1 template?

The one I’ve created works perfectly so far – but I will need to set up multiple forms.

    Thanks,

    EDIT: I’ve found the link!

    Hello again..

I’ve unfortunately been struggling with an error for the past 2 days..

It confuses me because 90% of the form was built and working just fine, then this error began triggering. I thought I pinpointed the issue, but then started noticing inconsistencies in my test runs. I am now unsure of what exactly is triggering the error.

    Have any ideas?

Unfortunately, now I have more errors than I had previously.

Do you have an email I could communicate with you by?
