Sending Form Name to Zapier

    What is the easiest way to send the form name with the other data to Zapier? I have multiple forms that I’d like to send to the same webhook (rather than creating multiple web hooks) and would like to see which form the data came from.

    Even if the form name can not be pulled automatically it would still be worth it to write it in as a constant on each form.

    You can add a hidden field: [hidden form_name "Form Title"].

    Of maybe it can be dinamic: [hidden title default:shortcode_attr].
