    Hi,

    After a year I want to send a newsletter from my account, but noticed that sending of this newsletter has been paused due to degraded deliverable state.

    I already re-authorized my e-mail but this did not take any effect. Also resuming the job fails ending in pause again.

    How can I resolve this issue?

    Environment:
    – WordPress 5.9
    – MailPoet 3 Premium 3.78.0

    I can see you have already contacted us via our support form and you have been responded to. Everything should be working now as I can confirm to you that your account is active and you should be able to send out your newsletters.. I’d be marking this ticket as resolved now.
