I receive this error on mailpoet:

Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The MailPoet Sending Service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:

You may have reached the subscriber limit of your plan. Manage your subscriptions.
You may have had a poor deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

    Check your sending method settings.

I clicked “resume sending” to no avail. I followed the guide on the website, still to no avail. My account was able to send 2 other emails a few weeks ago, and I was able to send another email just 3 days ago. Now it won’t work and I am running out of options.

Also, I cannot resend confirmation messages, nor can I use SMTP to send. I only have 400 subscribers to the website (several have not received their confirmation messages yet!), and Mail Poet says I have excellent deliverability rate. I have sent an email to support, but have not received a response yet. Please help me, my subscribers are waiting for the emails I am supposed to send tri-weekly.

    Thanks.
