• Using latest WP and latest mailpoet (free).

    Errors:

    [2023-09-12T12:32:01.407963+00:00] cron.ERROR: Sending has been paused. {“error”:”[object] (Exception(code: 0): Sending has been paused. at /var/www/redacted.net/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/lib/Mailer/MailerLog.php:102)”,”worker”:”SendingQueue”} {“free_plugin_version”:”4.26.1″,”premium_plugin_version”:”premium not installed”}

    System status shows:

    Task scheduler connection: Successful

    In sending queue: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

    But that error does not seem valid. If I send a test email it works fine, I am using PostMark smtp. If it could not authenticate the test email would fail.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I’m sorry to hear that you were experiencing an issue with your sending method. At a first glance, it looks like the issue was related to your sending provider authentication but we’d need to investigate this further to confirm.

    If you change your mind and decide to use MailPoet again let us know. We’ll be happy to help you!
