Sending in plain text

  • Hi, Is there an option to send emails in Plain text please?

    I have the pro version and am using shortcodes to send a list of latest stories from our magazine site. But when a user who receives mails in plain text gets the mail, they see just a Story headline + code for the story link and images.

    Is there any way around this, even if it means editing code in templates ?

    Are you wanting to send everyone plain text or only certain users? I did not see i ticket in our support system but will check again.

    Hi Josh, you replied to my support ticket last weds(24th Feb) but I haven’t heard back from my response.

    Ideally I wanted an option to send a plain text version of mass mails (using shortcodes to send a list of recent stories on our site), alongside the Html version. My client got the test email in html format but was put off by the appearance of html code for images and links.

    I was just wondering if there was a workaround to that please?
