Sending individual emails for each product purchased

  • I have tried so many plugins and can not find anything that will accomplish what I need. Any ideas?

    In addition to the default WooCommerce receipt, I want the customer to receive an email for EACH PRODUCT in the order. This email needs to pull certain info from each item (title and attributes).

    I have Follow-Up Emails and this does not seem possible without setting up a template for each product. We have many many products, which are constantly changing, so this isn’t realistic. I want the emails to use the same template, but insert different info for each product.

    Any ideas?

  • @amandawaymire – aside from the setup you’re already using, I can’t really think of another way to accomplish this without custom code.

    Just to be sure, which content in the email templates would be different depending on the product?

    Joey – thanks for the reply.

    The product-specific content would be the product title and info I have stored as attributes. We sell tickets to events, so I want the customer to get an email with info for each specific event – Title, date, venue, etc.
