    Have been using the Icegram Express to send out notification of new post emails since around May 2020. Notification email sent on July 27th went out to roughly 4500 subscribers. about 75(typical) opened. Next sent August 6th and now a few more new post and test post show as sent and report the date and time started and completed and reflect number sent. All have 0 opened. Through sampling and testing of small list in the campaign have concluded they actually have not been sent. Using Bluehost as our hosting. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advamce

    It seems that the emails are being blocked or discarded. To help us confirm this, could you please try the following:

    1. Check if you’ve received the test email from our plugin. This will help us verify if the email setup is configured correctly.
    2. Additionally, please check if you are receiving the test email from a third-party plugin (Install > Send test email).

    Thank you for sharing the results with us.

    If the test email received is failing, it usually indicates that emails aren’t being processed correctly on your site. To address this, we need to check a few things:

    1. Are you using WP Mail for sending emails? If so, please consult your hosting provider regarding your email sending limits per day or per hour. As WP mail is managed by host resources.
    2. Have you tried using the Icegram Email sending service? Please set it up and attempt to send a test email. If you receive it, this means the plugin is working fine, and we should focus on checking with the mailer.
