Sending multiple emails

    Hello, I just installed your plugin and I am using another plugin to import my users via CSV file. When I upload my users multiple emails are generated to one user(5) plus the default WordPress email. Any feedback to fix this issue would be great.

    Thanks for your message.

    I’ve had reports of this happening before with CSV user import plugins. The issue is that they usually insert the user into the database directly as opposed to using the necessary hooks to add a new user.

    Does BNFW work for you if you create a user normally from the WP Admin? I ask because if it does, this might mean that the CSV plugin that you’re using is at fault.
