    I created an update and sent it as usual, and it is paused. All settings seem correct. It says to contact support to resolve.

    I’m checking your account and I can see the MailPoet Sending Service is currnetly paused for you since September 22nd. If you’re sending with a 3rd-party sending method, emails should be sent properly. However, if the MailPoet Sending Service is selected as your sending method, that’s why everything is paused.

    We sent you an email about your account’s status on September 22nd, with recommendations and next steps to get your sending restored, but we never heard anything from you.
