Sending Paused

    Hi All.

    We received a message that sending has been paused on an account because of a higher than 10% bounce rate. We don’t seem to see any addresses that should have bounced.

    How can this be resolved?

    It seems you’ve been sending multiple emails to an email address that has been marked as a known bounce in our system.
