Sending Pauses

  • Hi,

    Mailpoet, stop sending emails. There are 909 emails in our database and sending stopped at the 160th email successfully sent. As we are restarting our business, our database is a little old, but we usually have a great engagement rate.

    Every was rolling fine, but suddenly Mailpoet paused the sending.

    Following is the error we got at the System Status help page:

    MailPoet Sending Service has been temporarily suspended for your site due to <a target=”_blank” rel=”noopener noreferrer” href=”https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/231-sending-does-not-work#suspended”>degraded email deliverability</a>. Please <a target=”_blank” rel=”noopener noreferrer” href=”https://www.mailpoet.com/support/”>contact our support team</a> to resolve the issue.<br/>

    This is the first mail we are sending using Mailpoet on this website, using a Gmail account firstly, and secondly, we tried to fix the issue by using our own SMTP account hosted on our proprietary server.

    None of the solutions worked, even the one using our own SMTP, which is working perfectly fine for all the users in our company.

    I’m taking a look at your account and I can see that we have sent an email to the email address: (s***s@e-**d.com) with the subject header: “Working to restore the MailPoet Sending Service for your account” on the status of your account and the next best steps to take.

    Can you kindly check your inbox or spam/junk folder for that email?
