sending service blocking domain emails

Greetings,
we have configured on mailpoet3, last version, the mailpoet sending service.
We have configured an email from our domain as sender.
mailpoet states that emails are being sent, but nothing goes thru.
If we use as sender a @gmail.com address emails are sent.
Please help ??

Please note we don’t recommend using an @gmail.com email address as the FROM address. You can refer to this article: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/259-your-from-address-cannot-be-yahoo-com-gmail-com-outlook-com
When using the email from your domain, can you please test Your Spam Score with Mail Tester and check if you haven’t already an SPF set for another sending method? If that’s the case, you’ll need to include our sending service domain (include:spf.sendingservice.net) to the list of servers authorized to send on your domain’s behalf.
