Sending status / not sending newsletters

Hi all,

Maybe here someone knows. I am trying to wrap this up so i can enable the subscription before some advertising goes out, but i probably won’t make it.

I have some issues and one of them is sending a test newsletter (to just myself as a test subscriber). It stays on the status “sending” (so not in send, concept or planned). It’s been like this for at least 4 hours.
Transactional and other mails work and go trough Mailpoet’s smtp service. Everything is verified and there are no errors in log. Maybe i am wasting time and there is some kind of manual review before i can start sending out newsletters?

I see several posts about approval, but that should be all okay. Status in plugin is green, DNS records and therefore also sender of mail address is verified. Although then transactional mails also wouldn’t work in my opinion. Using premium. Did send mail to support, but maybe someone knows if there is a general approval needed.
