    Hello there @ganzheitlich,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I can see you have a premium plan with MailPoet. We reached out to you earlier via the email [email protected] with more information about your account and why you’re unable to send emails. Just incase you missed the email, kindly find it referenced below:

    Hi there,

It seems your site has been sending emails that contain links to domains that are listed in the most popular blacklists. Note that we take into account all emails sent from your website (not only newsletters) if you chose to send them with the MailPoet Sending Service. This can happen if you have a contact form on your site that is not protected with CAPTCHA and was attacked by a spam bot. Note that you won't receive these emails because they're blocked by the MailPoet Sending Service. Here are examples of such emails including these URLs: [Tanja] Bitte moderiere: ?Hallo Welt!“ Please ensure that all of the forms on your site are protected with CAPTCHA, including contact forms and comment sections on your blog. You can read more about preventing deliverability issues caused by transactional emails here. If you don't know what is generating these emails, please go to MailPoet Settings > Advanced > Send all site's emails with... and select "the default WordPress sending method" option. For reference: Choose How To Send Your WordPress Website's Emails After making the requested changes, please contact us so we can restore sending for you. In the meantime, you can change the sending method to "Other" in MailPoet's Settings > Send With... tab to continue sending emails and have the subscription form working. Looking forward to hearing back from you!
