Sending stopped working

    Hi, today we sent the weekly news to our subscribers as usual, but sending stopped after 120/372 elabrations. No error messages in system status, no alerts sent to our email.
    We have wordfence firewall that usually doesn’t give problems. I disabled it but the problem persists

    Can you please let us know if you have any email including the shortcode [subscriber:lastname | default:]?

    Yes, we have. WE have been using this way since our first newsletter with mailpoet (3-4 years ago) to have an empty space in case of missing lastname.
    Is the problem related to this?

    I’ve just changed with “Ciao [subscriber:firstname | default: caro amico/amica]” and now the mail has been sent. So that was the problem, thanks

    Hi @genpepe,

    This is actually a bug and we will release a fix for it today, so you’ll be able to use the previous shortcode after updating the plugin to the latest version after we release it ??
