Sending test emails but not bulk emails

  • Hello, we are running ALO on a new site and it is failing to send to the bulk list but working fine when sending a test to an individual email.

    Email log also shows they are being sent in the bulk cron job but they all show failed in the ALO log.

    Does anyone have any ideas or can point me in the right direction?

    Hi, as first step you can ask to your provider if there are some limitations/issues about sending emails via php: Maybe your provider can help you, also there is useful info in server error log.
