Hi.
I want to make some test but when i’m trying to send a test mail i get an error ’email could not be sent, please check if your settings are correct and saved?.
I made a lot of changes but with no luck. On the other page (review reminder) the test mail are working fine. What i’m doing wrong? Thank you

Can you please go to “Reviews”>>”Diagnostics”. This will bring you to CR diagnostic page. Please check if there is any error or warnings showing up. Please send me a screenshot of the page as this information might help us narrow down the cause of the error.

Now is working fine. Thank you.

I want to let you know another thing that i discovered.
On my Mac i use Spark app for my mails accounts. The thing is that the buttons are showing bad on Spark. On Gmail are showing well and on my Iphone i use MyMail app and are displayed correctly.

Can you please let me know why the mails on Spark are not displayed correctly? See the screenshot : on top is Spark, in the middle is Google mail and under is MyMail app on Iphone.
