    Hi @jpastrian

I hope you are doing well.

Please share the Post SMTP Settings > Message tab screenshot and disable the Wordfence plugin; test it and let me know the result.

    Thanks

Hi @haseeb0001 I installed query monitor plugin, send a test email again and here it is the email log (https://bit.ly/3KxUwdo).

It didn’t show the email test, but the monitor showed two slow queries.

Let me clarify: Goto Post SMTP dashboard > Click on Send A test mail and send the email on your any email account, then share the screenshot of the test mail result.

    Thanks

Hi @haseeb0001 maybe I found the problem, on march 28th I got an email from my hosting company saying this file was malicious:

    ‘wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/Postman-Mail/Zend-1.12.10/Validate/Hostname.php’

And the hosting put it in quarantine.

On March 27th or 28th I believe the plugin was automatically updated.

Is this possible?? what can I do?

I already re-installed the plugin (downloaded from wordpress repository), but that file dissapears from the folder. I have this problem on 3 sites, same hosting company, different servers.

    Thanks

    Hi @jpastrian ,

Thanks for getting back with more details regarding your case. You may need to reach your hosting support to whitelist the respective file/folder they have blacklisted for you. The file contains regex code for validations, and has no malicious code.

Still do let us know if there is any thing we can help you with.

    Thanks and regards,
