Sending two emails to the customer on new order received

Hello, I’m using your plugin to process custom payments. The plugin is configured so that new orders automatically receive the On Hold status but it is generating two emails at the same time in each new order received: one by On Hold and another by order being processed, the latter one should not be sended at this time.
How to solve this problem?
Are there any specific settings that affect this?Thanks in advanced
