    Hello, I’m using your plugin to process custom payments. The plugin is configured so that new orders automatically receive the On Hold status but it is generating two emails at the same time in each new order received: one by On Hold and another by order being processed, the latter one should not be sended at this time.

    How to solve this problem?
    Are there any specific settings that affect this?

    Hello @osmelpv,

    The two emails are getting sent because you might have enabled the “Send to Customer” option under the “Send additional emails” section here: https://prnt.sc/1s9lf8r

    This option must be enabled only if the Order Status is set to Pending Payment. For other Order Statuses, the default WooCommerce Emails would be sent.

    Please disable this option and let me know how it goes.
