    We have just upgraded all the components of the website, including the Abandoned Cart Lite plugin free version and it had always been working properly.
    Now we have the problem that it sends abandoned cart email after payment completed and that confuses customers and they think they have to buy again.
    Can you please help us?

    Hi @intermedio2021, I’ll assist you in figuring out the root cause of the issue. But I’ll need your help.

    1. Do you face this problem with a specific payment gateway or for all payment gateways?
    2. After how long was the email sent? i.e., how long did it take for the customer to receive the email after the order was purchased successfully?
    3. Do you still see the abandoned cart listed in the Abandoned Cart tab??
    4. Is this issue occurring for guest users, logged-in users, or both??

    Hi. I think the problem was that the default order status was Pending payment and we have changed it to Processing your order, so that the error does not occur.

    @intermedio2021, so that means changing the order status gets the issue resolved the issue I presume, right?
