Sends email…But says it didn't send…

I have been used CF7 for many, many years…But all of a sudden I’m getting an odd behavior…I get my confirmation message saying the email was sent (and it does hit my inbox)…But then 2-3 seconds later the message changes and says it can’t be sent?
