Sends emails before Paypal confirms payment

  • Hi, this plugin sends emails before transaction is marked as complete. So my customers who cancel the transaction after proceeding to paypal checkout page get misinformed as to their balance. They think they’ve paid, since the system has sent and email saying “your balance is (Base amount minus deposit)” when in actuality they still owe the deposit.

    How can we fix this?

    BTW I’m running WP v4.7.1, Woocommerce v2.6.13, and YITH Deposits plugin v1.0.4.

    Maybe you can try to customize email from email settings page WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> New deposit Created

    From setting page, you can also disable it at all, if you wish ??
