Sends password reset message to users!

I ran the import on the site we have under development. Some, or possible all, of our users were sent an email that they need to reset their password, causing mass confusion. I see from examining the database that every user has had the user_activation_key set, so that means this was intentional. You do not mention that anywhere here in your description that this is going to happen, and I now have 5000+ customers who know the URL of our development server, and an angry client who feels that their reputation has been damaged. You need to either add the option not to send the emails, or post a very prominent notice telling the WordPress Admin that this is going to happen.
