Sends Same Email Multiple Times to Same Subscriber

  • I noticed that subscribers are getting the same email sent to them multiple times.
    For example: One day after they subscribe they should get email #1 once, but they get email #1 about ten times.
    Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix?

    This is discussed multiple times in the forum. Happens on some installations. We could never reproduce therefore we can’t fix it. Try to disable WP_CRON, if it does not help you’ll have to find another plugin.

    User who had similar problem reported that installing an SMTP plugin like Postman SMTP and using it solved the problem (Arigato will work with whatever is installed on your WP blog to send emails).
