Sending email not working anymore – Newsletter sent but not received

  • Hello,
    I have a problem that i dont understand.
    We did send a newsletter 4 days ago. The email is indicated as ‘sent’ to all the contacts (1970 emails). But the opening and reading rates are 0% – 0%.
    Which never happened for the other monthly emails.
    I was working with mailpoet2.
    I installed mailpoet3 and tried a new sending. Same problem.
    And when i try the “test email” to myself in the settings, its also not working.

    I cant manage to find where the problem is coming from.

    We did have a problem with our website 1 month ago, and we had to reinstall a lot of things. We also did change all our email passwords.
    Does the problem come from there ?

    Can you help me to find an issue to this ?

  • Hi there!

    Maybe sending is not working at all on your site, or your server has been blacklisted, which sends emails but doesn’t deliver them.

    Would you mind informing the sending method in use on your site and your domain?
