Sensei 1.X upgrade to Sensei LMS 2.X Instructions

Hello. Do you have any official instructions or documentation on how to best upgrade? Your new documentation page at https://senseilms.com/documentation/ references updating, however, I don’t see anything related to updating at https://senseilms.com/documentation/getting-started-with-sensei/. Please advise and thank you!
