    The site linked is a private site due to our environment setup. But we tried to export a site with our Sensei courses to a different site and could not find a good way to properly import it.

    The Sensei Export/Importer will give us an “email already in use” error (we are in a multisite environment).

    The WordPress Importer (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-importer/) gives us a 504 timeout. During the times that it works, however, the information imported is incomplete. Sometimes, we will get an import but the lessons won’t be in modules and modules won’t be in courses. Could you provide us with any insight on these matters?

    Hello,

    This can occur when the Administration Email Address for both the old and the new site are the same. I would recommend changing this email address on one of the sites to a different one, running the Sensei exporter again, and then importing that content on the other site.

    Alternatively, you can manually update the Teacher Email field in the Courses CSV file.
