email mixed language english / german (i only want german)

    I’ve entered the text for the email in german in the customizer and it’s looking good.
    If I go through the checkout process then I’m getting an email with text mixed in german and english.

    I made screenshots from the customizer and the received email.

    How can I make it all in german?

  • Your image shows you were editing the completed order email, but the first email that is sent when you order is the processing order email, have you edited that email?

    1/ How can I set up emails for second language? Testing as a customer,i am not getting any email for a second language at all.

    2/ ALso, template New order does not convert into template but rather plain html
